My name is Roy Rea, I live in the UK and with my Fiancée Caron Spence run a very small family business.

Our properties are all family owned and we aim to offer you comfortable accomodation at competitive prices.

We currently have 4 properties; which are let out on short-term holiday rentals or longer periods over the winter.

Our main letting area is in Jávea but we are now extending our portfolio to include Cumbre del Sol; which is approximately 15 minutes drive from Jávea near the village of Benitachell.

We try to give all our properties a personal homely touch and provide a little more than just the basics. We have built up a returning client base and our aim is for our customers to return to us again and again and recommend us to their family and friends.
