This first floor modern apartment is situated just 1 mile from the La Grava pebble beach. The Old Town of Jávea which is traditionally Spanish with it's narrow streets is within walking distance. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy reach.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, an open plan lounge/dining room with well equipted american-style kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with gas BBQ.
We provide a DVD player with a variety of films, CD player with a large variety of music for your entertainment and English TV.

The apartment has a balcony with patio furniture where you can eat 'alfresco' and a gas BBQ. There is secured parking in an underground car park which can be accessed by the lift and a drying area for laundry on the roof.
