This pretty semi-detached bungalow is set in a popular holiday and residential community amongst the stunning natural mountainous landscape of Cumbre del Sol.
There is a well stocked supermarket close by and a few restaurants/bars. Due to the steepness of this area a car is recommended.
The main living area of the bungalow is open plan and incorporates an air-conditioned lounge/diner and American-style kitchen area with washing machine. It has a small bedroom, a bathroom and a private garden with mountainous views.
We provide a DVD player with a variety of films, CD player with a large variety of music for your entertainment and English TV.

Outside
The back door leads to the private garden which has a patio area and is gravelled. Here you will find table & chairs where you can eat alfresco or BBQ on the gas BBQ. There is also a roll out canopy to shade you from this little sun trap and a cold water shower to cool you down. There is a washing line which you can place over the patio area.
Take a short stroll out the front door and the path leads you to the communal pool, this is exclusively for the residents of the complex. Plus plenty of parking.
