This 2nd floor spacious apartment is situated just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach of Jávea in a gated complex with secure parking facilities. It's location is ideal for families both young & old.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy reach which means a car is not a necessity.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining room, well equipted kitchen with small utility area complete with washing machine, bathroom and a spacious shaded balcony with gas BBQ.
We provide a DVD player with a variety of films, CD player with a large variety of music for your entertainment, English TV and a games machine to keep the children entertained.

Outside
The apartment has a large shaded balcony with bamboo furniture for 'alfresco' dining and a gas BBQ. There is also a bamboo rocking chair where you can sit and relax with your favourite tipple.
The grounds are well maintained with secured parking area, drying area for laundry and showers on the ground floor for removing sand from the beach.
Access to the tennis club and swimming pool is just around the corner of the block. Here you can enjoy a snack and drinks by the pool.
