This ground floor beach line apartment is in a small gated complex which is situated between the sandy beach of Jávea arenal & the La Grava pebble beach of Jávea port. The apartment block is set back from the coastal road by a large driveway making it a quiet location.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy reach which means a car is not a necessity. It's ideal for families both young and old as well as the elderly.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, lounge, well equipted kitchen with washing machine, shower-room and a spacious balcony which is glazed and used as a dining area.

We provide a DVD player with a variety of films, CD player with a large variety of music for your entertainment and English TV.

Outside

The apartment has a balcony which is enclosed with sliding glass windows. This area is used as the dining room and the windows can be opened fully to give you a balcony feel.
Outside is the secured parking area and a shower for removing sand from the beach. The block is on a small gated plot.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, double bed, fitted wardrobes, cupboard, electronic safe.
Bedroom 2, triple sleeper (double with single above), fitted wardrobe, bedside table.
Shower-room: WC, shower cubicle. Sink with mirror over.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with integrated electric oven and gas hob with extractor fan, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and importantly plenty of cutlery & crockery, gas water heater.
Living Room: Lounge has a sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, English TV System, DVD, (playstation 2 -from May 2012 (with selection of games)) Radio/CD Player. A good selection of Cd's & DVD's.
Other: A sliding door leads from the lounge to the large glazed balcony where we have a dining table & chairs (seating 6). There is enough room to have an additional fold out bed for an extra person if required.
The following are also provided: hairdryer, mobile gas fire, ironing board and iron, portable room fans.
Cots and highchairs can be provided if required.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided. The apartment is cleaned before your arrival.
Additional maid service can be provided at extra cost if you wish.

Additional Information

Well behaved pets are welcome.
As the apartment is located on the side of the property so please be advised that there is NO SEA VIEW.
We are flexible with the changeover days as more and more budget airlines are flying during the week.
